Hello everyone I am one of the Promotions Manager for KZOW. I am from Eldon, Iowa. I transferred To Waldorf last year and am currently a senior. My Major is Public Relation with a minor in theater. I have a pretty busy life, but I love what I do most days. But enough about me turn it back to the station and enjoy.

Burrito Eating Contest Results

- Winner Marshall Williams
The contest tonight went fantastically! Thanks again to Taco Jerry’s for hosting the contest and providing the food. We had 18 contestants take part, as well as a large crowd to support, cheer on, and distract the participants. Marshall Williams, the winner, ate at 7 and 1/2 burritos (over 3 pounds of meat & cheese). We hope to continue the tradition next year, and would love your suggestions on other contests as well!

Hey everyone welcome or welcome back to Waldorf. Thank you for all who attended first communication practicum of the year. i am looking forward to working with everyone this year. Also i am looking forward to all the student shows. I am doing my first show of the year and my goal this year is to improve and just have fun with the show this year. i plan after this week to have guest speakers come in every week to inform others whats going on here at waldorf. 
First Year Move In Day

We had an amazing remote today outside of J&L, with lots of faculty, staff, student leaders, and parents helping get our incoming first year students settled. Thank you to everyone who helped and did interviews on-air. It’s an exciting and can be a nerve-wrecking day for first year students! But KZOW is always there to help bring music to lighten the mood, and a few fun individuals to make the experience memorable! Check out more pics after the jump!
