Assistant Marketing Director
Hello!
I’’m Halle Hauer, and I’m a Senior Business major with an emphasis in Marketing with a minor in Communications. Although most days I feel like a Comm Major! I’ve been with the KZOW 91.9fm Marketing team for two years now! This year I am currently the Marketing Director which allows me to tie my Marketing major with my passion for things like graphic design and communications! As Marketing Director I get to work with sponsors, make graphic design elements like Snapchat filters, organize events, and work with very talented individuals to make this station work.
This summer I completed an internship with Coloff Digital Websites & Digital Marketing while also working at StoneRidge Golf Club as a golf shop assistant and Junior golf coach! Between working on my internship in coffee shops and a full-time golf course job I hardly saw the sun this summer!
Marketing for KZOW & WALTV could be a full time job, but with the small amount of time I do have other activities I’m involved in! I completed my summer internship with Coloff Digital and now work there full time as a Marketing Business Strategist and Graphic Designer. I also play Golf, Tutor-Accounting, and participate as an active member in Love Your Melon. When I get free time I love to draw while listening to music; drawing has always been my favorite way to pass the time and it is the passion that lead me to my college education path.
