Station Manager
Hey what’s up listeners, my name is Andrew Larsen, I was born in Saskatchewan, Canada, but now live in Forest City, Iowa and looking to move to Metro Detroit after graduating this fall. I am currently on my last semester at Waldorf University and majoring in Communications with emphases in digital media, PR, and print media. I am involved with the soccer team as well as involved in the choir on campus.
I serve as the Station Manager at KZOW. As the Station Manager I help make day to day operations run smoothly.
Outside of school I love sports like soccer and basketball. My teams are Manchester United, and the Houston Rockets. I will also play FIFA on a daily basis if I have free time. I also currently work security on campus as well as a few other jobs.
In my future I want to have my own morning radio show. I have done a few shows in the past for KZOW including a morning show called LDK in the morning with fellow directors, Kurtis Aguilar, and Stephen Jenkins, which we will be bringing back this semester from 7-9AM MWF. This year I will also continue to be the Men’s Soccer sports broadcaster.
